Mrs. Effie Wright, 53, of Beaver, Okla., died Sunday Morning in a Sioux City hospital following a lingering illness. She entered the hospital in July when she became seriously sick as she was being taken to Iowa City for an operation.
Mrs. Wright was born in 1884 in Minnesota. Survivors include her widower, Tolbert Wright, who has been in Sioux City since Mrs. Wright's confinement here; a son, Dale Helmick of Zion, Ill., and her father Henry Bohigh of Beaver, Okla.
The body is at Anderson's funeral home pending funeral arrangements.
