Donald R. Walls

JUNCTION CITY (Spl.)-Donald R. Walls, M, of 418 Ila Avenue, died Sunday at 8 a.m. at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Lexington, after a two month illness. Born in Boyle County June 11, 1931, the son of the late Joe and Pearl Lawson Walls, be was a member of the United Methodist Church here where he was a deacon and chairman of the trustees.

He had worked with Fred Cain Farm Equipment in Danville for 13 years, and had spent most of his life In this community. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his widow, Mildred Kendrick Walls; four sons, Ronnie, Dale and Larry of Danville and Harold Walls of Junction City; a brother, Lloyd Walls of Louisville; two sisters, Mrs. Hershel (Haul) Kendrick of Danville and Mrs. Everett (Gertrude) Lanhara of Junction City; and nine grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church in Junction City with burial in Danville Memorial Gardens. The Revs. Donald Young and Dick Schroeder will officiate. Friends may call at the Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home In Danville after noon Tuesday and at the church from noon Wednesday until time for the services..
