Rites Wednesday for Dr. Naviaux.
Nebraska City, Neb.--Funeral services will be held Wednesday for Dr. J. H. Naviaux, veteran dentist who died Sunday at 80.
He practiced here from shortly after his 1898 graduation from the Louisville (KY) College of Dentistry until 1954, when he retired. He was a life member of the American Dental Association, the Nebraska State Dental Society and the Omaha Dental Society.
His wife died in 1943. Survivors: sons, Dr. Armand L., Omaha; Gerald P., Omaha, and Allyn J., Los Angeles, Cal.; daughters Mrs. Ruth Hansen, Omaha; Mrs. Lilla O'Brien, Boulder, Colo., Mrs. Mary Ellen Wignall, Holmesville, Neb., Mrs. Harriette Powers, Palmyra, Nebr, Mrs. Dorothy Dempsey, Phoenix, Ariz., and Misses Virginia and Yvonne Naviaux, Nebraska City; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 9a.m. from Fossbender Funeral Home to St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery.
