James J Marking, age 48, of Cameo Lane, died on Wednesday, Feb 6, 1974, in a local hospital. He was a lifelong resident.

He was controller for Litho Productions, Inc, a veteran of World War II and of the Korean War, a member of St Dennis Catholic Church and the VFW.

Mr Marking is survived by his wife, the former Betty Berg; a son, James Jr, in the Air Force in Thailand; three daughters, Jean, Kathy and Judy, at home; his parents, Mr and Mrs Joseph Marking of Madison; and a sister, Mrs Duane Stellmacher of Madison.

Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
