For Vivian Lee
Patricia Vivian Lee, seven-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Edwin Lee of 2702 Oakland Ave., was dead on arrival at Piedmont Memorial Hospital last night.
Surviving in addition to the parents, are a brother, Michael P. Lee of the home; the grandparents, Mrs. Madge Henderson of Greensboro and Mr. & Mrs. Raleigh Stout of Greensboro.
Final rites will be conducted at the grave in Guilford Memorial Park tomorrow at 2 p.m. by Rev. Robert McCluskey. The body will remain at Forbis & Dick Funeral Home until the service.
The family will be at 720 Dillard St.
