Leo Bennett
Leo H. Bennett, 47, of 1203 Crescent Road, died this morning at Bloomington Hospital.
A native of Bloomington, he was born March 16, 1925, the son of Edwin and Mildred (Halstead) Bennett. He was employed with his father in the Bennett Stone Company on Ind. 46.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Virginia Smith and another daughter, both of Bloomington, and a daughter of Spencer; a son, Gary, of Bloomington; six grandchildren and one step-grandson; the parents, and a sister, Mrs. Catherine Yates, all of Bloomington; a brother, Lester, of Madisonville, Ky. His wife, the former Oneita Hamm, died in 1967.
Funeral arrangements are pending at the Day Mortuary, where friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, and from 2-9 p.m. Sunday.
