Goetz, Henry Adam, 72, of 3680 W. Fourth St., Ontario, died October 12, 1983 in Mansfield General Hospital.
Funeral services were October 12 in the Wappner-Ontario Funeral Home with Mr. Goetz's nephew, Rev. James Goetz of Gibson, Minnesota officiating. Burial was in the Ontario Church Cemetery.
Henry was born in Richardton, North Dakota on March 5, 1911, and had lived in this area most of his life. He was retired from White-Westinghouse, and was a member of the Ontario United Methodist Church. He had served in the U. S. Air Force in the Philippines during WW II.
He is survived by his wife, Rhea B. (nee Downs) Goetz, sons, Daniel and Laura (nee Schultz) of Edmond, Oklahoma, and John of Vadalia, Ohio; daughters Becky and Jerry McCord of Ontario, Peggy Goetz (Martin) and Frank Price of Charleston, SC, and Connie Goetz of the home; grand children, Jaime and Adam Goetz , Jeff and Kenny McCord, and Justin Martin.,
four brothers, Joe and Rose (nee Bittenbinder) Goetz, and Arthur Goetz of Mansfield, John and Frances (nee Elkins) Goetz of St. Paul, MN, and Raymond and Jan (nee Knight) Goetz of Middletown, CA; sisters, Anna and Tony Banyai of Rio Linda, CA, Catherine and Joe Klupp, Rose and Joe Klupp, Cecelia and Tom Klupp, all of Mansfield, Ohio, and Louise and John Rieth of Lodi, CA.
Henry was predeseased by his parents, John and Josephine (nee Emenent) Goetz, brother, Carl and wife, Frances (nee Ebeltoft) Goetz, sister, Maryanne, and grandson, Matthew Goetz.
