Mrs. Reveley was born April 2, 1924, to the late Henry Minor and Reba Davis Turner of Rockingham County.
She was married for 57 years to the late Walter Reveley, who died November 15, 2003.
Surviving are three daughters, Joan Gravatt, and husband, Chuck, of Port Republic, Virginia Reveley at home, and Karin Cash, of Burke, Va.; a granddaughter, Shami Gravatt of New York City; a sister, Brenda L. Conley, of Elkton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Henry Turner, and two sisters, Mildred Hauschultz and Kathryn (Minnie) Sigafoose.
Mr. and Mrs. Reveley lived in Rahway, N.J., where they worked and raised their family. They returned to Virginia in 1979.
She was a member of Blue Ridge Independent Church, AARP, Eastern Star and had worked with Elkton Area United Methodist Services for many years.
A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, February 5, 2012, at Kyger Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisonburg. Donnie Jenkins will conduct the service. Burial will be private at Elk Run Cemetery, Elkton.
Mrs. Reveley had requested instead of flowers, please donate to a charity to help those in need.
