Miss Moseley was born at Pottsburg and was raised at Seymour in Baylor County. She moved to Kermit in 1926.
She worked in the Winkler County Courthouse 20 years and in the school tax office many years prior to moving to Midland in 1967. She was a member of the Community Church of Kermit.
