Charles Appelgren, a plumbing contractor since 1919, died yesterday at his home, 5928 Hegerman st. He was 63. He was a Mason and Artisan and a member of the Philadelphia Master Plumbing Association. He was a member of several Scandinavian organizations in this city. Surviving are his wife, the former Ebba Mattson; two sons, Charles J. and Edward, and two daughters, Mrs. Elsa Solon and Mrs. Dorothy Paley. Services will be at 11 A. M. Saturday at the David P. Wright Funeral home, 7015 Torresdale av. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery."
