He was elected as sealer of weights and measures, as Sergent at Arms, he worked as a Deputy Sheriff. Frank was married to Nettie Snyder 12 Mar 1881, with whom he had a daughter, Lida. He divorced Nettie 22 Nov 1885. He married Verdie Sprague 29 Aug 1888 and they had two children, one grew to adulthood name Ethel Irene. He divorced Verdie on 4 Dec 1897 and immediately married a high school girl named Tolita Mower 5 Dec 1897. They had one child who died in infancy in 1902. Frank died 12 April 1938 at the age of 76.
