Calvin "Topdog" Lynwood Wyant, 58, of Harrisonburg, passed away on Sunday, Jan 15, 2012. Calvin was born in Elkton on August 12, 1953 and was the son of the late Evera Kyger and Lynwood Wyant, who survives. He was employed as a welder for some time with Walker and Dean Steel. He was best known as a tattoo artist in the area. He was known for his many tattoos and by all that knew him, one who spoke his own mind and lived his life on his own terms. In addition to his father, he is survived by his son Aaron L. Wyant and daughters Bambi N. Wyant, Shaffawn E. Wyant, and Tonya R. Fidler, six grandchildren, five brothers and two sisters.

A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, Jan 21, 2012 at 4:00pm at the Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6-8 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kyger Funeral Home to help offset these unexpected expenses for the family.
