Mrs. Sarah Catherine Holt, aged 48, wife of Frank Holt, died at 10:45 yesterday morning at her home, 807 Union Avenue. Mrs. Holt had been confined to her bed almost two years prior to her death. She was a native of Shelbyville, Tenn., but had been a resident of this city for eighteen years, where she had been prominently identified with the works of the Highland Park Baptist church. She is survived by her husband, one son, Ernest H. Holt, one daughter, Miss Mary Sue, her mother, Mrs. Sarah Thompson, of Shelbyville, three brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 this afternoon from the Highland Park Baptist church, the Rev. W. S. Keese, assisted by Rev. J. B. Phillips, officiating. The following will act as pallbearers; E. L. Naylor, H. F. Howell, W. E. Harrell, Royal Bartlett, W. H. Robinson and E. A. Booth --- Chattanooga Times.
