Daniel Wayne Bailey was born September 2, 1971 at Dexter, Mo., son of Paul Glenn and Margaret Emma (Hale) Bailey and departed this life on January 7, 2012, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. after a long and courageous battle with cancer at the age of 40 years, 4 months and 5 days.

He loved spending time with his family and friends. Daniel was an inspiration to all of us who knew and loved him.

Besides his parents Daniel leaves behind to cherish his precious memory, Three nieces; Three brothers; His dear friends. Daniel also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles and cousins that he thought dearly of.

Daniel is preceded in death by his sister Kimberly Ann Bailey; his maternal grandparents Duncan Henry and Mary Myrtle Hale and his paternal grandparents John Clarence and Iva Iona Bailey.

He will be laid to rest beside his sister, Kimberly following the service in the Morgan Memorial Park Cemetery in Advance, MO.
