Michael L. Ambrozich, age 88, passed away January 1, 2012.

Michael was a lifelong resident of Joliet, and graduated from Joliet Township High School, Class of 1942.

He served in the United States Navy during World War II.

Mike started his career as an electrician at the Joliet Army Ammunition Plant. Following 40 years of service, he retired as the manager of All Trades people.

He cherished his time, including bingo, with his good friends of many years, Phil and Antoinette (Toni) Majerczyk.

Mike was very accomplished at making ceramics and antique reproduction porcelain dolls.

He was a lifelong parishioner of Saint Joseph's Church, Joliet.

Mike was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara (Smith); his wife, Margaret (Hill); his parents, Joseph and Mary Ambrozich; a sister, Marian Ambrozich; and two brothers, Joseph and Edward.

Arrangements entrusted to Tezak's Funeral Home.

Burial: St. Joseph Cemetery for a committal service with military honors.
