Glover Lee Goolsby, Sr., age 76, died Wednesday, January 14, 2004. Services will be 1P.M., Saturday, January 17, 2004 at Prospect Liberty CME Church. Burial in the church cemetery.
Glover spent his entire life in Jasper County and attended the Public School. A long time employee at the Jasper County Lumber Company.
Survivors include wife, Annie Mae Goolsby; daughters, Hattie Mae Goolsby, Delores Brown, Carolyn Goolsby, all of Monticello; son, Charlie Goolsby of Monticello; brothers, Ralph Goolsby, Willie Davis Goolsby, Henry Van Goolsby all of Macon; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
