FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - Mr. Lonza B. Reynolds, Sergeant First Class Retired, entered into rest Wednesday, February 1, 2006, after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 6, 2006, at 11 a.m. at B.A. Williams Memorial Chapel, Augusta. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mr. Reynolds, a native of Marvin, Ala., was a graduate of South Girard High School, Phenix City, Ala., and attended Alabama State University. After 23 years, he retired from the U.S. Army. Survivors are his dearest and best friend, Rosemary Brooks; two sons, Kenneth Reynolds (Rewa), Augusta, Reginald Reynolds (Sasha), Fayetteville, N.C.; two daughters, Karen Reynolds, Robin Reynolds Dunn (Xavier), Augusta; one brother, Pete Reynolds (Venoris), Augusta; three sisters, Elma Reynolds-Newsome (Robert), Mary Jewel Crawford (Don), Columbus, Ga., Annie R.
