She was born to John J. and Mary (Vaughan) Branham in Eureka Springs,AR. She was a minister and evangelist in the Assembly of God Church for 44 years, receiving her exhorter's permit in 1943, her license to preach in 1945, and her ordination in 1947. From 1945 to 1952, she pastored the West Fork church; from 1957 to 1964 Fayetteville Northside, now known as Fayetteville University Life Assembly, and from 1976 to 1985, Springdale Evangel, now known as Springdale Faith Assembly. In the intervening years, she and Pauline Steele criss-crossed the country from Virginia to California as evangelists.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Cecil Branham and John Branham and her sisters, Gladys Webb, Christine Chandler and Mildred Parker.

She was 84 when she "left this life" in Fayetteville, AR "after a brief illness"
