Freda Cleo Connard, a long time resident of Jacksonville Beach, passed away July 8, 2011, at age 80. She was born in Pluto, West Virginia, on November 20, 1930; one of nine children of JOHN and LUCILLE ROBERTS. She is survived by sons JOHN MICHAEL CONNARD and JAMES ALLEN CONNARD and daughters THERESA LYNN CONNARD GARRETT, CYNTHIA SUE CONNARD LONG, and PAMELA DEE CONNARD. She left five granddaughters, one grandson and one great grandson. Her surviving siblings are MARGIE WISE, FAYE HOUSE, and CHARLES R. ROBERTS, all living in West Virginia. Her husband BUDDY GENE CONNARD and daughter BRENDA JEAN CONNARD predeceased her. Visitation will be 6:00 PM July 13, 2011, at Hardage-Giddens Beaches Chapel. Graveside memorial services will be at 11:00 AM July 14, 2011, at Jacksonville Beaches Warren Smith Cemetery.
