Tyler James Wade, 9, left this world on October 19, 2011, in Tacoma, WA.
Tyler was born in Silverdale on April 6, 2002 to Tate and Paula (Wollerton) Wade.
He most recently attended Silverdale Elementary as well as Sidney Glen and was in the fourth grade. Tyler enjoyed wrestling for South Kitsap and was loved by so many.
Treasuring his memory are his parents and stepmother Ariel Duckworth-Wade, brother Ryan, sister Aydin, stepbrother Shawn, stepsister Moyra and many relatives and friends.
A celebration of life service was held Saturday, October 29, 2011, at Sidney Glen Elementary School in Port Orchard.
