Charles Washington Wyatt, 86 of 1206 Oakwood Drive, Colonial Heights, died Thursday after a long illness.

Charles Washington Wyatt was the son of the late Mitch and Abby Wyatt.

Mr. Wyatt was a native of Arkansas, and had made his home here since 1960. He was a retired farmer.

He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Henry McDowell, of Louisiana: Mrs. Rex Strickland, of Colonial Heights, and Mrs., Willma Stewart, of St. Louis Mo., three sisters , Mrs. Oliver Smith and Mrs. George Parsons of Arkansas and Mrs. Annie Jackson of Sacramento, California. Five brothers, M. C. Wyatt, John Wyatt Robert Wyatt and Ide Wyatt all of Arkansas and James Wyatt of California, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 7:30 tonight in the chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Home, Colonial Heights, conducted by the Rev. Byron Hallstead, pastor of Wesley Methodist Church.

Other services will be held in Rector, Arkansas, Sunday afternoon, with burial in Harvey's Chapel Cemetery in Marmaduke, Arkansas.
