Ruthie Jane "Janie" Cummings, the daugher of Leonard L. Cummings and Lucy Ann Viriginia Hopkins, married Elisha Henry "Bud" Metcalf, son of Jeremiah "Jerry" Metcalf and Sarah Gullick. They were married on November 30th, 1903 in Shelby County, Texas. Second marriage for both of them. They had one child together a daughter, Dorothy "Dollie" Mae Metcalf.
