Charles married Mary Eveline (Brown) Dulin (13 Jan 1854 - Sept 1932) on 1 Sept 1880 in Watertown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Charles was a "druggist" at the time of their marriage.

In the 1900 U.S. Census, Charles and Mary were living in Washington, DC, and his occupation was "real estate."

Mary's widowed mother, Flora, was living with them in 1900. Mary had 6 children and only two, Albert and Mary, were still alive in 1900.

Charles died of a cerebral hemorrhage. His occupation was "real estate" at the time of his death.

"On Sunday, November 25, 1900 at his home, 1730 16th street n.w., Charles Grayson Dulin, beloved husband of Mary E. Dulin in the 46th year of his life. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 28 at 2 p.m. at his late residence."

Charles was buried in R80/344 of Congressional Cemetery on 28 Nov 1900. He was removed to Rock Creek Cemetery on 17 Oct 1922.

In the 1910, 1920, and 1930 U.S. Censuses, the widowed Mary was living in Washington, DC.

2) Mary B. Dulin (born Mar 1897) was born in Washington, DC. She may be the Mary Beatrice (Dulin) Fischer who married Herman Edward Fischer (born c.1890) on 8 Nov 1916 in Washington, DC.
