Wallace A. Withers, 56, of Birmingham, died Sunday in Birmingham. The funeral will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel. Burial with full Masonic rites will be in Maple Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Jessie Wilbanks and the Rev. John Holcomb officiating. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Louise Withers of Raleigh, N.C.; three sons, Joe Howard Withers and Wallace Withers, Jr., both of Birmingham, and John Withers of Huntsville; one daughter, Mrs. Linda Miller of Birmingham; two brothers, Thomas E. Withers of Warner Robins, Ga. and Howard Withers of Birmingham; one sister, Mrs. Christine Simmons of Huntsville; and three grandchildren.
