Mr. F.M. Faulk Jr., 67, died Friday, May 17, 1996, at University Hospital.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Whole Life Ministries, with the Rev. Phillip Hamilton and Dr. Sandra Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Westover Memorial Park.

Mr. Faulk, a native of Augusta, was co-owner of Faulk Furniture Co. He was an Air Force veteran, and a member of Whole Life Ministries.

Survivors include two sons, F. Morgan Faulk III and J. David Faulk, both of Augusta; two daughters, Elaine Faulk Thrift, Greenville, S.C., and Mary Faulk Mills, Gainesville, Fla.; his mother, Ethel R. Faulk, Evans; two brothers, William M. Faulk, Augusta, and Charles R. Faulk, Thomson; two sisters, Nancy F. Hamilton, Orlando, Fla., and Rosemary F. Gray, Evans; and nine grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Richard Faulk, Billy Faulk Jr., Glenn Gray, Atwell Gray, Tommy Folk and Bob Dixon.

Memorials may be made to Georgia Heart Institute, University Hospital, 1350 Walton Way, Augusta 30901.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Platt's Funeral Home, Crawford Avenue. Edition: ALL
