Julie Ann Schwiger, 33, of Signal Mountain, Tn. died suddenly at her home Wednesday, December 7, 2011.

Julie was a member of Mountain Creek Church of Christ.

She was a 1997 graduate of Red Bank High School. After graduation, Julie became a CNA and a phlebotomist and later worked as a title clerk at Kelly Cadillac and Standefer Nissan.

Julie never met a stranger, she was kind and caring to all, especially her grandmother who she helped care for, for the last year.

Survivors include her parents, David and Naomi Schwiger; sister, Melissa (Stan) Nixon; and grandmother, Katherine Smith; nieces: Mollie Nixon, Presley Nixon and nephew, Cameron Nixon, all of Signal Mountain; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Mountain Creek Church of Christ with Minister Gary Massey and Kyle Headrick officiating and with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Creek Church of Christ Building Fund.

Visitation at Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga, Tn. is 6-8 p.m. today.
