HEALDSBURG - Private services for James W. Clement, 79 will be Monday at Santa Rosa Memorial Park.
A native of Iowa, Clement came to Healdsburg in 1947. He was a civil engineer before his retirement and worked for the city of Milwaukee, Wis., and Santa Rosa at one time.
He died Friday in a Healdsburg hospital.
He is survived by his widow, Edna B. Clement; his daughter Mrs. Shirley Relyea, and one grandson, all of Healdsburg. Fred Young and Co., is in charge of arrangements.
