Family members include his wife of 30 years Denise, children Gerald Jerry (Dawn) Stinson Jr., Tracy (Shannon) Johnson, Matthew Stinson and Katie Stinson and grandchildren Tyler, Bryce, Justin and Jarod.
A visitation will be held from 6-8pm, Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Road.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11am, Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Resurrection Catholic Church, 3383 University Blvd.
Interment will follow at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
