EDWARD WALDROUP
Hot Springs - Edward Waldroup, of 211 Baltimore Branch Road, died Sunday, April 28, 2002, at a local hospital.
Mr. Waldroup was a lifelong resident of Madison County and was a retired farmer. He was a son of the late Johnny and Minnie Silvers Waldroup.
He is survived by his wife, Maude Waldroup; daughter, Louise Roberts of Canton; sons, Don Waldroup of Asheville, kenneth, Charles and Roy Waldroup of Hot Springs. He is also survived by a sister, Beulah Stamey of Maggie Valley.
The funeral services for Mr. Waldroup will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Liberty Baptist Church with the Revs. Gregg Warren and Sherman Tweed officiating. The body will be placed in the church 30 minutes prior to the service. Burial will be in the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Bowman-Capps Funeral Home in Marshall.
