CHAS. DODSON WAS KILLED IN PLANE CRASH AT RALEIGH
Charles Dodson, 32, former Victorian, who was killed at Raleigh N.C. Friday afternoon, met death in an airplane crash, according to further information received by relatives here. The first message simply stated that he was killed in a crash. The airplane was owned by his brother-in-law. It was not stated whether anyone else was killed or injured.
Mr. Dodson's body was so badly burned that burial was made the day following the accident. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. S.M. Dodson of Guadalupe and was born and reared in this county. He had lived in North Carolina since 1920 and at the time of his death was a resident of Greenville, where he was engaged in the tobacco business. In addition to his parents and a number of brothers and sisters, he is survived by his wife and little son.
