At the age of 81, Sophie A. Boria, died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2003, in Jacksonville, FL.
A native of North Andover, Mass., she moved to Fernandina Beach, FL in 1987 from Kittery, Maine. Before retirement, she worked as a supervisor at the U.S. Navy Exchange in Portsmouth, N.H.
Mrs. Boria was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Joseph Boria, in 1997.
Survivors include a son, one daughter, and their spouses, a sister, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Buria at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Interment followed in Bosque-Bello Cemetery.
