Mr. Glynn D. Alford, 51, of Vernon, Fla., passed away Monday, Nov. 9, 2009, at his home.
He was born Jan. 20, 1958, in Pensacola, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lynn A. Alford. Mr. Alford is survived by his mother, Martha Williams Alford of Vernon, Fla.; companion, Geri Webb of Panama City, Fla.; three children, Martha Lynn Olszowy of Ocala, Fla., Allison Hatfield and Christopher Tillman, both of Panama City, Fla.; two brothers, Mark Alford and wife, Abigail, of Jacksonville, Fla., and Lynn J. Alford and wife, Deborah, of DeFuniak Springs, Fla.; two grandchildren, Peyton and William Olszowy; and several nieces.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, at the Peel Funeral Home chapel in Bonifay, Fla., with the Rev. Jeff Cain officiating. Interment will follow with military honors at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Humane Society.
