She was an Oostburg resident and had lived at the nursing home for five years.
The former Minnie Lemke was born Jan. 27, 1887, in the Town of Lima, a daughter of Herman and Mary Sandee Lemke.
She attended district school and graduated from Oostburg High School in 1906. Later she attended Milwaukee State Teachers College.
Her marriage to Henry Hartman took place in 1907 at the home of her parents in the Town of Lima. They farmed in the Town of Wilson until Mr. Hartman died in 1914.
On July 8, 1925, she married Garret Kleinhesselink at the Reformed Church parsonage in Oostburg. They lived in the Town of Holland and in Oostburg. Mr. Kleinhesselink died in 1962.
During her teaching years, she taught in Oostburg, Sheboygan and several country schools.
She was a member of the First Reformed Church of Oostburg.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Marie Nelson of Stoughton; a son, LaMar of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Cornelia Wright of Sheboygan; two brothers, Lester Lemke of Cedar Grove and Charles Lemke of Sheboygan.
A daughter, a granddaughter, two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.
The funeral will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at First Reformed Church in Oostburg, preceded by 1:15 p.m. family services in the church lounge. Rev. Albert Van Dyke, associate pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Hartman Cemetery in the Town of Wilson.
Friends may call at the church sanctuary from 10 a.m. Friday until the time of services. Krostag-Huehns Funeral Home of Oostburg is in charge of arrangements.
