Age 22 of West Bend formerly of Packwaukee died at UW-Hospital in Madison as a result of an automobile accident. Adam was born to John Sterlavage and Kim Jordan. He was a 2007 graduate of Montello High School and most recently was working for Lannon Stone and Gravel. Adam was an avid outdoorsman; he enjoyed hunting, fishing, motorcycling, taking pictures and spending time with friends and family. He was an outgoing and creative young man who could walk into a room and make everyone's eyes light up and bring smiles to their faces. Adam also likes music and cheering on his beloved Brewers, Badgers and Packers. His caring and nurturing spirit touched many lives and will be remembered by all who knew him. Adam is survived by his parents, John and Kim as well as two sisters: Sarah (Tim Hanson) Jordan and Erin (Jamie Whaley) Audiss. He is also survived by three nieces and nephews: Tylor, Tristan and Ayda and his maternal grandmother Joyce Pischke and her sister Joan Reger as well as seven aunts and uncles: Ervin (Shelly) Jordan, Kenny Jordan, Karen (John) Jones, Patti (Steven) Hansen, SuAnn (Lenny Slater) Sterlavage, James (Sarah) Sterlavage and Kelly Sterlavage. Adam is further survived by many other family members and numerous friends. Adam is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John and Catherine Sterlavage and his maternal grandfathers, Albert Jordan and Eugene Pischke as well as his uncle Joseph Sterlavage.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family; a memorial will be established in Adam's name to benefit preservation and conservation of wildlife and their habitats and also children in need. Crawford Funeral Home of Montello is serving the family. www.CrawfordFH.com
