Mrs. Smart, a native of Aiken County was a member of Carpentersville Baptist Church, North Augusta and St. Joseph's Baptist Church, Philadelphia.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Smart, Philadelphia, Pa.; a brother, Harry Charthern, North Augusta, SC; a sister-in-law, Ruth Charthern, Augusta, Ga.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery
