The names of her parents on her death certificate, suggests that Ann may have been raised by someone other than her natural parents. Another name on this tombstone is her daughter: Margaretta Coleman (Hemphill) Baker

It would appear that someone errected a tombstone for Ann and others way beyond the date of her death. She is reported to be buried in Delaware County, but there may be no tombstone there, but there does appear to be a tombstone for her husband there.
