Grace and her sister, Pony performed as the Sherrell Sisters on a variety of radio programs in the 1930s and 40s, including Uncle Don's Radio Show and the Horn and Hardart Hour. Later, they performed with Rudy Vallee and with Gene Austin. Grace appeared in the 1944 movies Follow the Leader and Moon Over Las Vegas. Grace and her husband, Philip Moody, later opened Moody's Nightclub in California.
