Fr. William Peter Stack, 60, died August 9, 1977 at the Lake Don Pedro golf course. He was born in Cleveland. He was chaplain at the Sierra Conservation Center from 1965 until his passing. He studied at St. Charles Seminary in Carthagena, OH., and was ordained to the priesthood in 1942. He had been in California since 1965.
Father Stack was survived by a brother, Norbert of Lakewood, OH, and his nieces and nephews.
Services were held at the Ursuline Sisters convent chapel.
