Mrs. Anna F. (Chapay) Karpinski, wife of George Karpinski, died this morning at her home on Vincent Rd, Phoenixville RD 1, following a prolonged illness. She was 58.
Born in Austria, Mrs. Karpinski came to Phoenixville 42 years ago where she has since made her home. She was a member of the Sacred Hearth Church and of the church Rosary Society.
In addition to her husband she is survived by the following children: Peter, or Pottstown; Andrew, of Linfield; Paul, of Pottstown; Ann, wife of John Misko, Phoenixville; Mary, wife of Donald Hurter, Pottstown; Eleanor, wife of Warren Hoffman, Pottstown; Kathryn, wife of Stanley Rockey, Phoenixville; Theresa, wife of Edward Hyden, Phoenixville, and Joseph Edward at home. Survivors also include 22 grandchildren.
KARPINSKI- In Phoenixville RD 1, Pa., on Sept. 25, 1952, Anna Frances (Chapay), wife of George Karpinski, aged 58 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at her late residence, Vincent Road, Phoenixville RD 1, Pa., on Monday morning, September 29, 1952, at 9:00 o'clock, followed by Solemn Requiem Mass, Sacred Heart Church, 9:30 o'clock.
Interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday evening.
