NEWMARKET, N.H.-Funeral services for Harold V. Olson, 67, of 16 Fisher St., Dover, N.H., will be held Tuesday at St. Mary's Church in Newmarket, N.H. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Newmarket, N.H.
Friends may call at the Kent and Pelczar Funeral Home in Newmarket, N.H. Monday afternoon and evening. Local arrangements are with the Donaldson Funeral Home in Massena.
Mr. Olson died Friday evening (Sept. 23, 1994) at Massena Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient for the past three weeks.
Surviving are his father, Elvin Olson, Sr. of Florida; five sons, Daniel, Ricky and Raymond, all of Dover, N.H., Dennis of Epping, N.H., and Randy of Rochester, N.H.; four daughters, Dixie of Rochester, N.H., Dianne of Newmarket, N.H., Donna of Massena, and Ruby Ann of Dover, N.H.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Mildred (Dolly) LaRue of Green Cove Springs, Fla.; and two brothers, Howard of Helena and Elvin Jr. of Massena.
He was predeceased by one brother, Robert.
Born Feb. 27, 1927 in Sacred Heart, Minn., son of Elvin and Mary Louise Derouchie Olson, Sr., he married Arlene LaShomb Oct. 4, 1937. Mrs.Olson died June 6,1994.
Mr. Olson was a veteran of WWII in the U.S.Navy. He worked in the Remelt Department at Alcoa for 47 years.
