Mrs. Mary J. Witwer, 69, of 1702 Glenmount av., died in her home Wednesday of an apparent heart attack. A lifelong resident of Akron, Mrs. Witwer was the widow of William Witwer, Akron banker and former organist at St. Peter's Episcopal Church. She was a member of St. Peter's.
She leaves two sons, Charles, Tallmadge, and Daniel, Marblehead, Mass.; daughter, Mrs. Janet Walker, Akron, and seven grandchildren.
Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Oakwood cemetery, Cuyahoga Falls."
