RITES FOR TOM BURNETT

Services for Tom V. Burnett, veteran member of the police detective force, who died yesterday morning at his home 2014 Savannah avenue, will be held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Stamey chapel. The body will be removed from the mortuary to the family home tomorrow morning and will be returned to the chapel for the services Monday.
Active pallbearers will be Capt. B.T. Andrews,Verne Starmer, Ernest Deal, C.C. Fee, E.R. Hopkins and Ray Kelly, all members of the detective force. Honorary pallbearers will be Mayor Phil Welch, Homer King, Herman Darnell, Frank Moskau, Benny Sembler, Richard Johnson, Richard Keller, J.J. Stamp, Logan Huffman, Charles Barnett, Albert Jutten, Chief of Detectives John T. Duncan, Police Capt. James C. Sullivan, Harvey Boyle, Kenneth Boyle and William Norton. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
