KAREN K. MORNING, 60, passed away Friday, June 17, 2011, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a homemaker and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was involved with pro-life, she was the president of her neighborhood association and was actively involved with the G.O.P. She was a Home School Teacher and the best mom in the world. Surviving are her husband, James I. Morning of Fort Wayne; mother, Emanuela "Emma" Tulley of Fort Wayne; daughters, Hayley Morning of Fort Wayne and Kristina (Tim) Landis of New Haven; sisters, Teresa (Joe) Byanski of Grabill, Peggy (Tom) Garris and Maureen (Tony) Miller, both of Fort Wayne; brothers, Michael (Lory) Tulley of Kokomo and Marcus (JoAnn) Tulley of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert William Tulley. Mass of Christian Burial is 11a.m. Thursday, June 23 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1020 Capitol Ave. with Fr. George Gabet officiating. Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, June 22, 2011 with a rosary service at 6:30 p.m., at D.O.
