Mrs. Addie May Pease passed away at Bernath's Nursing Home, Wednesday at the age of 78 years. Born October 18, 1888 at Elystan, Minnesota, she came to Ellensburg at the age of 14. She married Carmi Pease, October 21, 1909 at Ellensburg. He preceded her in death June 8, 1958.

She was employed at Central Washington State College from 1944 until 1959. She was a member of Rebekah Lodge. She made her home at 707 North Naneum St.

She is survived by three sons, George Pease, Port Townsend; Stanley Pease, Ellensburg; and Carmi Pease, Camas; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Bauer, Lake Stevens; Mrs. Anne Crowther, Ellensburg; 20 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; two brothers, Rufus Bruce, San Francisco, California; and Harvey Bruce, Hermiston, Oregon; four sisters, Mrs. Amy Wilson, Seattle; Mrs. Jeannie Kuhn, Ellensburg; Mrs. Mary Truax, Panorama City, California; and Mrs. Bessie Lutzenhiser, Ellensburg.

Funeral services will be held at Evenson Chapel, Saturday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Eugene Culbertson will officiate. Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery.
