Joyce L. Golding, 80, Kokomo, passed away
at 10:50 a.m. Monday, May 18, 2009, at Fairmount Rehabilitation Hospital. She was born Jan. 28, 1929, in Maryville, Tenn., to John W. and Blanche M. (Best) Wilson.

She married Arlet Golding Jr. on Dec. 2, 1977. He preceded her in death on May 15, 1997. She retired in 1983 after 33 1/2 years at Delco Electronics. She was a member of the UAW Local 292. She was a avid Pacer Fan.

She is survived by two brothers, James D. "Jack" and wife Joan Wilson, Kokomo, and Jerry Wilson of Kokomo; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her her parents, husband, three brothers and three sisters.

Service will be 10 a.m. Friday, May 22, 2009 at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home Lincoln Road Chapel, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, Kokomo, with Paster Kevin Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. Friend May call 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
