Ms. Emma Lee Johnson, age 91 of Smithville passed away on Thursday, September 1 at the DeKalb Community Hospital. She was retired from the Smithville Shirt Factory and was a Baptist. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2011 from the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home with Bro. Craig Mahler officating and burial to follow in the Whorton Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 11am until 9pm & Saturday from 10am until the time of services at 2pm. She was preceded in death by her Parents- James Bernard & Clara Mae Young Taylor, Husband- Wilson Johnson, Son- Ray Johnson, 2 Sisters- Elizabeth Sandlin & Maureen Parsley, 5 Brothers- Robert, Charlie, Manuel, Ben & E.J. Taylor. She is survived by 3 Daughters- Kathleen Mahler of Sparta, Dorothy & Alton Haggard of Smithville, Era & Harold Billings of Sparta. 1 Son- Jerry Johnson of Smithville. 1 Sister- Wilma Redmon of Smithville. 2 Brothers- Tommy & Geneva Taylor of Smithville, Aubrey & Polly Taylor of Smyrna. 14 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren, 16 Great Great Grandchildren
