Marvin Ray Edmonds passed away at his home August 23, 2011 after a lengthy illness. Marvin was born October 29, 1949 in Madison County where he grew up. He had resided in Charlotte, NC for the past 27 years and retired from First Union (Wells Fargo) Bank after 31 years of service. Marvin is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mary Callahan Edmonds, three brothers; Billy, Guy and Horace Edmonds.
Burial will follow in Upper Laurel Baptist Church Cemetery, Mars Hill.
