William Steward Died Thursday
Afternoon At Home in Freeport

(From Friday's Daily)
William Ernest Stewad, son of prominent and well known residents of this county, died at his home in Freeport, Thursday afternoon at 3:15 o'clock. He was only thirty-three years, eleven months and twenty-three days of age. Death was caused from a complication of diseases from which he had been a sufferer for the past three years.

The deceased was a valuable resident to the community, being a farmer who took great interest in his work and progress of his industry.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Edith Steward, and three sons, namely, Mellis, Wilbur, and Esta; he also leaves his father, W. F. Steward of Fairland; one sister, Miss Hazel Steward of Fairland, and two brothers, Earl Steward of Indianapolis, and Joseph H. Steward of Fairland.

Funeral services for the deceased will be held at the Freeport M. P. Church Saturday afternoon at two o'clock. Interment will be made in the Freeport cemetery in charge of Ralph J. Edwards, undertaker.
