Susanna "Susan" was the daughter of Barnabas Kenyon and Susanna Clark. She married first Wanton Kenyon. They had an infant son who died. She married a second husband, Michael Lee. She had no living direct heirs. Instead, she named other family members in her will upon her death. The following are published probate notifications:

Maxey Kenyon and Marvin Kenyon, whose places of residence are unknown and cannot after diligent inquiry be ascertained, the heir and next of kin of Susan Lee, deceased, send greetings. (Marvin Kenyon was living in Maquan, Knox County, Illinois. He was a nephew and son of her brother Samuel Kenyon. The identity of Maxey Kenyon is unknown.)

Whereas Daniel M. Durfee, of the town of Ephratah, in the county of Fulton, has lately applied to our Surrogate of Fulton county to have a certain instrument in writing, relating to personal estate, duly proved as a last will and testament of Susan Lee, late of the town of Ephratah, in said county, deceased; therefore you and each of you are hereby cited and required personally to be and appear before our Surrogate of our county of Fulton, at his office in the village of Johnstown, in said county, on the 22nd day of January 1883, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, then and there to attend to the probate of said last will and testament.

In testimony whereof, we have caused the seal of our Surrogate's court of said county to be hereunto affixed. Witness, Ashley D. L. Baker, Surrogate of our county of Fulton, at the village of Johnstown, in said county, 5th day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two. DeWitt C.
