Wilbur Neil Roe died on May 28, 1990 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital, Altus, Oklahoma. He was united in marriage to Jenny Rocha on August 2, 1974. He had lived in this community all of his life.

He worked for the City of Altus as Chief Building Inspector and retired on September 7, 1982. After that retirement he worked as a Civil Engineer at Altus Air Force Base for the past seven years.

He graduated from Altus High School in 1957.

He worked for the City of Altus in the Water & Electrical Department before becoming Chief Building Inspector.

The family wishes that donations be made to the Martha Baptist Building Fund or Lupus Research Association.

Survivors include: his wife, Jenny of the home in Altus.

Four children:
• Kimberly Ann Roe Yuhasz and husband Keith Yuhasz of Arlington, Texas
• Phillip Neil Roe of Walters, Oklahoma
• Theresa Dawn Tally and husband Eddie Dewayne Tally of Altus, Oklahoma
• Traci DeLynn Roe of Altus, Oklahoma

• Brandi Dawn Roe
• Tara Lynn Tally
